All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing.

The balance must be paid the event date or prior 

Cancellations must be made in writing and may be subject to cancellation fees .

Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 7 days 

The bartender is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to severe weather, accidents, or venue issues

The bartender reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately.

The client must ensure the venue provides necessary facilities, such as [water, power, designated bar area.
